CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Tom leads a multidisciplinary team and his background includes experience at EY and several high-growth technology businesses, combining a First-Class engineering degree with deep expertise in finance, advanced systems design, and international operations across Europe, the US and Asia.
CHIEF GROWTH OFFICER
Jules leads global growth, sales and customer engagement. A former Royal Navy Veteran with 24 years of service, he brings over a decade of defence sector experience from QinetiQ, where he held senior business development roles across UAVs, USVs, and international markets.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Sam oversees operations including development, supply and production. A qualified aircraft engineer, he has held senior roles at LEGO, Ocado and TAG Aviation, bringing deep expertise in automation, FMCG, leadership and project management across complex, fast-paced industrial environments.
PRINCIPAL ENGINEERING ADVISOR, FOUNDER
Mike founded Evolve Dynamics in 2016 and is now our Principal Engineering Advisor. With extensive experience in product design, mechanical, electronic and software engineering including AI, RF, EW and CEW, as well as Ukraine front line tactics and strategy, he advises on technical innovation.
CHAIRMAN
Victor joined Evolve Dynamics in 2024, bringing over 40 years of experience in defence and security. Former CEO of Thales UK (2011–2020), he has held non-executive roles at Callen-Lenz Associates (UAS) and Operational Solutions (Counter-UAS). He was appointed CBE in 2015 and Chevalier of the Légion d’Honneur in 2020.
DIRECTOR
Helen has over 20 years in UK early-stage finance. She began in management consultancy, then worked with Oxford Technology VCTs and YFM Equity Partners. Helen has board-level experience at high-growth businesses, including 3 years as NED at IXICO, and has worked with Crowdcube, Grant Thornton, and Clearly So.
DIRECTOR
Director in Foresight’s Private Equity team, focusing on growth equity investments in UK SMEs. Notable investments include the growth and exit of UAS developer Callen-Lenz and a growth equity stake in autonomous technology developer dRisk. He holds an undergrad degree from Exeter and a postgrad from MIT.
DIRECTOR
Mel Sims is a Partner at DWF, specialising in corporate and commercial transactions, including private equity, restructurings, and M&A, often with international, multi-jurisdictional elements. He is Vice Chairman and Advisor to the Cullum Family Trust and holds several non-executive roles in public and private companies.
